Our Optometry Specializations In Palo Alto CA

  • Infant SEE: Supported by the American Optometric Society, infantSEE enables infants younger than 12 months to receive an eye exam at no charge, regardless of ability to pay. The recommended age for a child’s first eye exam is 6 months!
  • Myopia Treatment: The goal of myopia treatment control is to halt the progression of nearsightedness; this can be especially effective for children. I am certified in both Ortho K treatment (Paragon CRT), as well as Cooper’s MiSight treatment protocol.
  • Keratoconus: Keratoconus is a progressive eye disease, usually affecting both eyes and can result in a significant loss in vision. It is a corneal condition in which the front surface of the eye becomes cone-shaped. There are several treatment options such as hard/rigid contact lenses, scleral lenses, glasses, and more.
  • Dry eye: 49 million people in the US suffer from dry eye disease. If you are experiencing tired, red, and/or a burning or gritty sensation within your eyes, it may be a sign! There are several treatments options available to treat this disease- don’t suffer through it alone!
  • Presbyopia/Qlosi: Are you having difficulty with reading? Are you tired of using reading glasses? Our office is now able to prescribe a treatment that may help with this! Come in to see if you are a good candidate for this new treatment today.
  • Glaucoma: Oftentimes a painless eye disease, glaucoma affects peripheral vision; with early treatment intervention we can oftentimes totally preserve one’s sight.
Annual eye exams are recommended, especially if you have conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol. We can detect these conditions within the eye.
